Appointments

To book an appointment with Ink Ray Tattoo Studio, you must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent. We require a deposit to secure your appointment, which is non-refundable but can be applied to the cost of your tattoo.

Designs

Custom tattoo designs created by Ink Ray Tattoo Studio remain the intellectual property of the studio and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Health and Safety

Your health and safety are our top priorities. We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation practices, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Payment

Payment for tattoo services is due in full at the time of your appointment, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept cash and credit cards.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Liability

Ink Ray Tattoo Studio is not liable for any allergic reactions, infections, or other complications that may arise from the tattooing process. By getting a tattoo from us, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with tattooing.
