INKFOLIO is developed and published by NovaDream. This Privacy Policy explains how INKFOLIO handles information when you use the app.

INKFOLIO is a fountain pen collection management app designed to help users organize their fountain pens, inks, nibs, currently inked setups, wishlist items, cleaning reminders, notes, and collection statistics.
The app is designed to work primarily offline. Most information entered into the app is stored locally on your device.
INKFOLIO allows you to enter and manage information such as:
Fountain pen names and details
Ink names, colors, and ink history
Nib information
Currently inked setups
Wishlist items
Collection notes
Tags and categories
Cleaning reminders
Pen images added by you
Backup/export files created by you
This information is stored locally on your device and is used only to provide the app’s features.
INKFOLIO does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, phone number, or address.
The personal collection data you enter into INKFOLIO is stored locally on your device.
This means that your pen collection, ink collection, nib details, notes, wishlist, images, and history are not automatically uploaded to our servers.
If you delete the app or clear the app’s data, the locally stored information may be deleted from your device unless you have created and saved a backup.
INKFOLIO may allow you to export or import your collection data using backup files, such as JSON or CSV files.
You are responsible for where you save, store, share, or upload these exported files. If you choose to save a backup file to cloud storage, email it, or share it with another app, that action is controlled by you and may be subject to the privacy policy of the third-party service you use.
INKFOLIO does not automatically upload your backup files to any server.
INKFOLIO may allow you to add images of your fountain pens.
These images are stored locally on your device and are used only to display your pen collection inside the app.
Depending on your device and Android version, the app may request permission to access photos, media, or files only when needed for adding or managing images.
INKFOLIO may provide local reminders, such as pen cleaning reminders.
These reminders are created and stored on your device. They are used only to notify you about app-related tasks you choose to set.
INKFOLIO does not use reminders to collect personal information.
INKFOLIO may display advertisements using Google AdMob or other Google advertising services.
Advertising services may collect and use certain information from your device, such as:
Device identifiers
Advertising ID
App activity related to ads
Approximate location derived from device or network information
App performance and diagnostic information

INKFOLIO does not sell your personal collection data.
INKFOLIO does not share your locally stored fountain pen, ink, nib, wishlist, note, image, or collection data with the developer’s servers.

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
INKFOLIO is designed to keep your collection data on your device.
Because your collection data is stored locally, you are responsible for protecting your device, maintaining backups, and keeping exported files secure.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your collection data remains stored on your device until you delete it.
You can delete your data by:
Deleting individual items inside the app
Clearing the app’s data from your device settings
Uninstalling the app
If you exported backup files, you must delete those files manually from wherever you saved them.
Advertising-related data collected by third-party services is handled according to the retention and deletion practices of those third-party providers.
INKFOLIO is not designed for children and is not intended to target users under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
