App: Inivo: Invoice Maker & Quotes (iPhone and iPad)
Contact: metsoyan.andranik@gmail.com
This Privacy Policy explains how Inivo ("we," "us," "our") handles information when you use our invoice and estimate application (the "App"). It applies to the App and related support interactions. It should be read together with our [Terms of Use]([INSERT TERMS URL]).
Important distinction: Your invoice, estimate, client and business records are primarily stored on your device and, when you enable eligible Premium synchronization, in your own Apple iCloud account. However, the App also uses Google Analytics for Firebase and the Meta (Facebook) SDK. These services may collect and receive analytics, device and advertising-related data. Thus, "no Inivo account required" does not mean "no data is collected."
You can create business profiles and enter invoices, estimates, clients, services, contact details, tax information, notes, payment instructions, amounts, payment records, images, logos, signatures and other documents. We refer to this as Business Content. Inivo uses this content to provide the features you request, including document generation, client management, summaries and exports.
Inivo does not require you to register an Inivo account or provide a login email to use the App. Business Content is stored locally on your device. Premium users may use iCloud synchronization with their own Apple account. Based on the App architecture described by the developer, we do not operate an Inivo-hosted database of this Business Content. This does not prevent content from leaving your device when you enable iCloud, import from Apple Contacts, share a document, send support information, or otherwise use an external service.
When you choose to import clients from Apple Contacts, the App accesses contact information as permitted by iOS and uses selected information to create client records. The Contacts permission is controlled through iOS Settings. When you choose to attach pictures or other files, the App accesses the selected content for the requested function.
When you contact support, we may receive your email address, correspondence and any information or attachments you choose to provide. Do not include confidential client or financial information in support messages unless necessary.
We integrate the following third-party SDKs:
Google Analytics for Firebase (Google). Depending on SDK version and configuration, Firebase Analytics can automatically collect or derive app-instance identifiers, app opens, launches and updates, session information, interaction events, device model, operating-system information, approximate geographic information, and in-app purchase-related events. It is used to understand App usage, performance and feature engagement. Custom events, if configured, may add event names and parameters. We should not send invoice line items, client names, addresses, invoice PDFs or other Business Content in analytics events.
Meta (Facebook) SDK / App Events (Meta Platforms). Depending on enabled components and settings, Meta may receive app activity and event data (such as installations, app launches or purchase-related events), device and technical information, and identifiers available under applicable platform permissions. We use this integration to measure marketing performance, understand ad-driven installs and conversions, and, only when permitted and configured, support advertising optimization or attribution. Using the Meta SDK does not mean that Facebook login is required or that your invoices are intentionally shared with Meta.
Advertising identifiers and tracking. Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) is subject to Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) requirements. Where an integration would track you across other companies' apps or websites, we will request permission where Apple rules or law require it and will honor your choice. Declining permission does not prevent you from creating invoices or estimates. Some limited non-tracking measurement, contextual or aggregate reporting may still occur under platform rules. The precise identifiers shared depend on the shipped SDK versions and App settings; we do not claim every possible SDK data field is collected in every session.
We do not intentionally include the contents of invoices, estimates, client lists, attached documents, payment instructions or signatures in Firebase or Meta analytics events.
3. How We Use Information
We use or allow providers to process information, as applicable, to:
Run the App, create PDFs, save and display Business Content, and support features you select.
Synchronize eligible records through Apple iCloud at your direction.
Understand installation, engagement and general usage patterns; troubleshoot and improve features.
Measure the results of our advertising and, where lawfully enabled, optimize campaigns.
Confirm subscription entitlements using Apple purchase records.
Respond to support and privacy requests, protect App security, and comply with legal obligations.
Inivo records payments you report; it does not itself collect payments from your clients or process their card transactions. Payments for Inivo Premium are processed by Apple, not by Inivo directly.
We may disclose or enable processing of information with:
Apple: for App Store purchase and entitlement functions, iCloud storage/sync, permissions, Contacts import and the iOS share sheet, depending on your choices.
Google: through Google Analytics for Firebase for app analytics and measurement.
Meta: through the Meta SDK for App Events and advertising measurement, and advertising optimization where lawfully enabled.
Recipients and apps you choose: when you export, print, email or otherwise share a document.
Authorities or other parties: where legally required or necessary to protect legal rights or safety, to the extent we possess the relevant information.
We do not sell Business Content or intentionally upload it to Meta or Google for advertising. Whether a particular SDK data flow qualifies as a legal "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" depends on applicable law and actual configuration; it must be evaluated rather than assumed away. We do not disclose Business Content to advertisers as an intentional App feature.
Third-party providers process information under their own terms, policies and applicable contracts. Relevant provider information: Google Privacy Policy, Firebase data collection, Meta Privacy Policy, and Apple Privacy Policy.
Your records are stored on your device and may be synchronized through your Apple iCloud account if that Premium feature is used. Apple controls its iCloud infrastructure and applicable account settings. We use available iOS storage and security mechanisms, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your device, Apple Account, backups and any exported documents. Be careful when sharing PDFs or CSV files with others.
Inivo does not provide a universal cloud backup or independent recovery service. Removing the App, changing devices, disabling iCloud, deleting local or cloud data, or encountering synchronization failures can affect availability. Maintain separate copies of records you are legally required to retain.
Business Content: Remains on your device and/or in your iCloud as controlled by your storage and deletion actions and Apple's behavior. Deleting the App may remove locally stored data, but does not automatically delete data stored in iCloud or copies already shared. [VERIFY: precise in-app deletion, CloudKit synchronization and iCloud deletion behavior.]
Analytics and advertising data: Google and Meta may retain information according to service settings, retention configurations and their own policies. We may retain support correspondence as long as reasonably necessary for support, legal and security purposes.
To request information or deletion of data that we control, contact. Because we do not require an Inivo account and may not be able to connect analytics identifiers to an individual, we may need additional information to identify a particular record or may be unable to retrieve information controlled by Apple, Google, Meta or a document recipient. We will explain the available steps and honor applicable rights.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, withdraw consent, receive a portable copy, and appeal certain privacy decisions. You may also have rights to opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising, where applicable. Contact us using the address below to exercise applicable rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
You can manage iOS Contacts and photo permissions in Settings, iCloud access in your Apple Account settings, and App Tracking Transparency permission through iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You may also control certain ad preferences directly with Meta and your device. Disabling tracking permission does not necessarily disable all Firebase or Meta analytics collection.
Where the EU/EEA, UK or similar data protection laws apply, our processing may rely on performance of a contract (essential App functions), legitimate interests (limited security and service analytics when permitted), consent (where required for tracking, certain analytics or advertising), or legal obligations. The precise basis depends on your jurisdiction and the activity. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing.
Google, Meta, Apple and their service providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, relevant transfer safeguards should be provided under applicable laws and vendor agreements.
Inivo is a business productivity tool, not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age applicable in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly design the App to collect children's personal information for advertising purposes. If you believe a child provided personal data in violation of applicable law, contact us.
We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect functionality, SDK configurations, laws or business changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Material changes will take effect as permitted by applicable law.
