Went to see Ingrid and team after speaking with Ingrid about my Afro-Caribbean hair type , hair and style’s etc, was warmly greeted upon arrival and shop was stocked with hair products, hair and accessories, I was like a kid in a candy store :) was well warmed in no awkward moments, almost like going round to ur pals and having a chit chat with the lady’s. Visited the salon for braids. Ingrid touch was soft, and she was gentle with my hair and didn't plait the knots too tight, which is what makes me give her this 5 star. Wonderful people and customer service. Had lots of compliments about my hair. Loved it and loved the experience
