I am a researcher at Statistics Norway’s Research Department. I obtained my PhD from the University of Oslo in 2024.
My research focuses on how policies and institutional environments shape individual choices and long-term outcomes. I study questions at the intersection of education and labor economics, such as how college admission rules influence application behavior, field choice, and gender balance, and how the college environment affects entrepreneurial activity and career trajectories.
