About us

We are in the early stages of a disruptive aerospace company, that is looking for an unseen niche in the aerospace sector to offer "out of the box" ideas. As a company, we believe in pushing boundaries and paradigms to advance humanity. Our motto: "Deconstruct, Innovate and Disrupt".

Our Staff

MSc. Rogelio Morales (CEO): a metallurgical engineer with a master degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela. He was a guest researcher at Wood Hole Oceanographic Institution (USA) and Technische Universitat Munchen (Germany). He has expertise in project management (datacenters and base transceiver stations), robotic platforms (AUV, ROV and UAV) and cubesat projects development.

MBA Alexander Morales (CMO): an industrial engineer with a MBA from the University of Tampa. He has more than 20 years of experience in the food and pharmaceutical sector. Thanks to his pharmaceutical background, he has expertise in public healthcare management.

MSc. Jesús Heredia (CTO): a mechanical engineer with more than 30 years in the refrigeration and air conditioning business. Also, he is well known for being an innovator, developing projects in food and military industries.
