INGECO Registry

The purpose of the registry is to gain more information on the styles produced and document changes through the years to help with figuring out the year of manufacture.

I took over the INGECO Registry from Reed Benton in Feb, 2016. Reed started it in 1988, and by the time I took it over he had registered 111 engines.

Currently there are 331 engines registered.

If you have an engine that is not listed on the registry below, or have updates to one that is listed, please contact me. Thank you.

Here is a summary of things to include:

Serial Number: The number of the engine, if it is not legible, please state that

Year: Only provide with original sales records / confirmation

Model: Model & Type of the Engine if known

H.P.: Horse Power, if not known, please provide measurements. Bore and Stroke if possible, flywheel diameter, etc.

Ignition: Igniter, Which type of magneto if it has a mag, etc.

Vertical / horizontal: Engine design

Cooling: Hopper or Tank

Sold By: tagged by somebody other than the company

Notes: Anything else you would like to add

Pictures: I'd like to have several pictures so I can look at differences over the years. Original paint, pinstriping, decals, etc are all good things to see. If you could rename pictures being sent to me as the serial number of the engine, that would be helpful, and save time on my end, if not, that is okay.
