Delete your INFYNIA account
Intro paragraph:
We're sorry to see you go. Deleting your INFYNIA account will permanently remove your profile, leads, earnings history, uploaded documents (Aadhaar, PAN, bank info, photos), and location data from our active systems. This action cannot be undone.
What will be deleted:
Account profile (name, mobile number)
Submitted leads and related notes
Earnings ledger and payout details (we’ll keep transaction records where required for compliance)
Uploaded documents and images (Aadhaar, PAN, bank documents, photos)
App settings and preferences
What may be retained:
We may retain limited copies of certain records for legal, tax, or regulatory reasons (for example, payout receipts or transaction logs). Such retained data will be minimised and stored securely.
Timing:
After you confirm, we will begin the deletion process. Typically your data will be removed from active systems within 30 days. Some backups or logs may take longer to expire.
Before you delete:
Please withdraw any pending payouts to your bank.
Download any receipts or earning reports you want to keep — you won’t be able to access them after deletion.
How to proceed:
If you’re sure, click Delete my account. You will be asked to confirm via OTP on your registered mobile number.
