LofRof:
Loopless, directional, Python data parser.
LofRof is designed for parsing streaming data of time-stamped georeferenced points.
Machine or Transformation test, data transformed in a specific way (directional parsing) in a specific computer language (Python 2.7.15).
Process Steps:
User designates point within python data as either L_of or R_of variable.
Logic Tests:
Match the type of Python data with parsing commands.
Pass data type variable to parsing command match.

Defining characteristics:
The first instance of a value in a data set is indexed.
The same data set can not be LofRof parsed twice with the same unique value.
The output data set never contains the point parsed from.
