Sanidhya's Technologies (ST) definitely provides Support in it's apps, software and websites as well. Our Support includes bug issues help, guides, suggestions, etc. App Support shows you whether the build of the particular app you're using is outdated or not. Our app doesn't collects any kind of data and so it doesn't provide security updates.
We classify the apps based on it's UI. For Example: LibraryUI, LegacyUI, etc. Also Worth mentioning that LegacyUI is now outdated and is not supported by us anymore. The Support based on the UI's are listed below:

The Version of a particular app with LibraryUI have a limited support. You will get yearly upgrades from present version to future version. This is to ensure that people upgrade to the latest version of the software we make and all the apps by us right now are available on Play Store.
These apps usually have the design made by our design expert. Our apps, websites & other softwares with LibraryUI covers category linked with Connectivity.
The version of a particular app have Unlimited Support. Major Updates with these apps are uncertain but you get updates with new features. MaterialUI covers "Tools" category which often doesn't requires that many updates as compared to other category app updates.
Tools such as Calculator, Voice Assistant, Voice Recorder, etc will be made by our design expert.
Also Note:
You won't be forced to update to the latest version of any kind of app or the software. If you wish, you can update your app by going to Settings Page of any app and then go click "Check For Updates" button. That will show you whether you have any updates or not. To update the app, it will take you to page on Play Store which will update your app. If "Auto - Update" is enabled on Play Store, the app will update automatically and you don't need to do anything.
To fix bug issues, we may launch point update (Ex: v1.0.X.1) to remove the bugs in any updates.
After the end of extended support, the particular version of the app won't be blocked in the app. You also won't be able to download the app after it reaches the end of extended support. You might face difficulties without updates. Even there are chances of the app to stop working properly. 3rd party downloads on your own risk.
It's always suggested to upgrade your app to the latest version to get an enhanced and clean experience as we always try to make things better.
