Sanidhya's Technologies developed the VQuiz application as a free service. This service is provided by Sanidhya's Technologies at no cost and is intended for use on an "as is" basis. Sanidhya's Technologies is a brand name and an individual-operated entity founded by Sanidhya Padhy. It is not a registered company, corporation, or legal business entity. Instead, it is a personal initiative under which the individual, Sanidhya Padhy, develops and publishes applications, including VQuiz ("Application"). Sanidhya's Technologies operates solely as a personal brand, and no legal obligations or liabilities as a company shall be attributed to it. The brand name and logo of Sanidhya's Technologies are solely representative of this individual initiative and do not signify a corporate structure or business registration.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") outlines the data handling practices of VQuiz ("Application", "App"), developed and operated by Sanidhya's Technologies ("we", "our", or "us"). By installing or using the Application, you ("user", "you", or "your") acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. No Data Collection (Open Testing Phase)

VQuiz is currently in its Open Testing Phase. During this phase, the App does not collect, store, share, or transmit any personal, sensitive, or non-personal user data. It functions entirely offline and does not access or process any information from your device beyond what is necessary for its core functionality.

Please note that in future versions, certain features may require limited data access or collection. Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed of any changes. 2. No Permissions Required

The Application does not request or require access to any device permissions such as storage, location, contacts, camera, or microphone.

3. No Internet Usage

VQuiz operates fully offline. It does not require an internet connection for any of its features, and no network communication occurs while using the app.

4. Children's Privacy

As no data is collected, VQuiz is compliant by design with child protection and privacy laws. The App is safe for users of all ages, including children under the age of 13.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Application following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Policy.
