Sanidhya's Technologies developed the InfoBroad application as a free service. This service is provided by Sanidhya's Technologies at no cost and is intended for use on an "as is" basis. This document serves to inform users about the policies concerning the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for those who choose to use the application.

Sanidhya's Technologies is a brand name and an individual-operated entity founded by Sanidhya Padhy. It is not a registered company, corporation, or legal business entity. Instead, it is a personal initiative under which the individual, Sanidhya Padhy, develops and publishes applications, including InfoBroad ("Application"). Sanidhya's Technologies operates solely as a personal brand, and no legal obligations or liabilities as a company shall be attributed to it. The brand name and logo of Sanidhya's Technologies are solely representative of this individual initiative and do not signify a corporate structure or business registration.

If you choose to use the Application, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. The Application does not collect or store any personally identifiable information ("PII") on external servers by default. Any data processed by the Application remains on the user's device and is not transmitted or stored by Sanidhya's Technologies, except in specific scenarios described below.

This Privacy Policy applies to the InfoBroad application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") for all compatible devices where it is available. The Application is provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied.

1. Information Collection and Use

Any data processed by the Application, including but not limited to:

• Device information: internet protocol (IP) address, device type, operating system version, and browser type.

• Usage data: limited analytics data collected by Firebase, specifically the number of fetches by all users during Remote Config for update checking. This data is non-personal and used solely for determining the availability and effectiveness of update distribution. No access to pages visited, time spent on the Application, or specific user interactions.

The only analytics data received by Sanidhya's Technologies through Firebase Remote Config is the number of fetches by all users for update checking, which is non-personal and used solely for determining update reach and availability.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

The data collected only during voluntary feedback submissions may be used for the following purposes:

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Application’s functionality and performance.

• To analyze usage patterns and enhance user experience.

• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.

3. Third-Party Services, External Links, and Data Sharing

While Sanidhya's Technologies does not collect or store user data during standard usage, the Application may use third-party services, which may collect, process, and store certain data in accordance with their respective privacy policies. These services include:

• Google Play Services – Privacy Policy

• Firebase Analytics – Privacy Policy

Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of these third-party services for further details regarding data collection and processing. The Application may also contain links to external websites, including but not limited to social media platforms and file download services (e.g., Google Drive). These links may redirect users outside the Application. Users are advised to consult the privacy policies of such external sites as Sanidhya's Technologies does not control or assume responsibility for their content or practices.

4. Feedback Feature

When a user voluntarily submits feedback, the following information may be collected: name, email address, Android version, app version, and log data (if required). This information is used exclusively to address feedback, diagnose issues, and improve the service. It will not be shared with third parties. In certain technical circumstances, the user may be asked to submit additional information such as device model name or crash details. All data is collected with the user's consent.

5. Insiders Program

Participation in the 'Insiders' program is entirely optional and applicable only to users who voluntarily choose to apply. Users who apply will be required to submit their name and email address for verification and participation purposes. A key is generated by a secure backend service and used to validate Insider access. This data is processed exclusively for managing access to this feature and will not be used for any other purpose or shared with third parties.

6. Data Retention and Security

Sanidhya's Technologies does not retain any user data unless it is voluntarily submitted through the feedback or Insiders feature. Such data, if collected, will be stored securely and used strictly for the purpose of improving the service or addressing technical issues.

The information you provide may also be used by Sanidhya's Technologies to contact you with essential information, service-related notices, or promotional content. Additionally, for an improved experience while using the Application, Sanidhya's Technologies may request certain personally identifiable information, such as your name and email address, only during voluntary actions like submitting feedback or applying for the Insiders program.

This information, when voluntarily provided, may also be used to notify you of updates, respond to feedback or suggestions, or inform you about marketing offers related to the Application. All such information will be securely retained and managed solely for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, which include operational communication, user engagement, and service improvement.

Users should ensure the security of their devices to prevent unauthorized access to locally stored data.

7. Permissions

Notifications 

The application may request permission to send notifications. This is used solely to provide important updates or alerts related to app functionality. You may choose to allow or deny this permission at any time through your device settings.

Storage Access

As of the current version, InfoBroad ("Application") does not request permission to access device storage. However, the Application may redirect users to external sources such as web browsers or cloud storage platforms (e.g., Google Drive) for the purpose of downloading official APK files through the "Recovery" feature. This redirection is intended solely to assist users in reverting to previous versions of the Application if needed. At no point does the Application access, read, or modify storage content on the user’s device. Users are advised to review the privacy policies of the external services they are redirected to. There are currently no plans to introduce direct download functionality within the Application.

8. No Liability for Delayed Updates

Sanidhya's Technologies, being an individual-operated entity, does not guarantee the continuous availability of updates or feature enhancements. Users acknowledge that updates may be released at the sole discretion of the developer and that delays or the discontinuation of support shall not constitute liability or responsibility on the part of Sanidhya's Technologies. The developer shall not be held accountable for any inconvenience, security risks, or incompatibilities arising from the failure to provide timely updates.

9. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, use, or store personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

10. Opt-Out Rights

Users can stop all data collection by the Application by uninstalling it. The standard uninstall processes available on the user's device or through the application marketplace or network where the Application was downloaded may be used to remove the Application.

11. User Rights and Data Deletion

Sanidhya's Technologies does not collect any user data during standard usage of the Application. However, when users voluntarily submit data through the feedback or Insiders feature, such as name, email address, and device/app information, this information may be retained solely for the purpose of support and diagnostics or diagnostic purposes.

Users may request deletion of such voluntarily submitted data by contacting us at the emails provided below. However, due to the limited resources of this individual-operated service, Sanidhya's Technologies may only honor such requests if they are legally required.

To proceed with a data deletion request, users must provide a valid legal justification, including any notice from a certified legal representative, and send it to:

To entirely stop data collection, users may uninstall the Application using the standard procedures available on their device or application store.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Sanidhya's Technologies reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted within the Application or on the official website, with the effective date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Application after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. If the user resides in the United States, privacy laws may apply to the extent they are applicable and enforceable in the context of an individual-operated entity based in India. In case of any disputes or claims, the jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts of India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
