All elements of the application, including but not limited to its design, content, features, functionality, software, and underlying technology, are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, sell, license, or create derivative works from any portion of the application without the Company’s prior written consent.
Premium subscription plans provide access to additional features, tools, and enhanced functionality.
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically based on the selected billing cycle (weekly, monthly, or annually). Payment will be charged to the user’s iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal can be disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period through the user’s App Store account settings. Renewal charges are applied within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the active subscription term.
A valid App Store account is required to maintain an active subscription. Subscription management, including cancellation, must be completed through the App Store account settings.
For information regarding available plans or pricing, users may contact our customer support team. In the event that the application is discontinued or terminated, the Company is under no obligation to provide refunds for any unused or remaining subscription periods.
The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any express or implied warranties of any kind.
The Company does not warrant that the application will operate uninterrupted, be error-free, or meet the individual expectations or requirements of all users. Access to and use of the application is permitted only while the application remains available through the App Store.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the application.
This includes, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The application may be updated from time to time to improve functionality, enhance performance, correct defects, or introduce new features.
Updates may be installed automatically or may require manual installation through the App Store. By continuing to use the application, you acknowledge and agree that such updates form part of the service.
The Company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms of Use at any time. The determination of whether a change is material shall be made solely at the Company’s discretion.
Continued use of the application following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to any conflict of law principles.
