Yes, we cover a vast service area. Some cities near our storage facilities do not incur travel or delivery fees. However, for cities that are further away, travel fees may apply. You will be prompted to enter your zip code when you add an item to your cart and select your desired date and time. At that point, the system will display applicable travel fees and calculate the sales tax for your location, ensuring that you know the total costs before you complete your order. Yes, we typically arrive between 8:00 AM and the scheduled start time of your order to ensure everything is perfectly set up. We will coordinate with you to establish a precise delivery time that suits your needs for organizations such as schools, churches, corporations, colleges, or larger special events. We guarantee that everything runs smoothly and is ready for your attendees well ahead of the event's start.

The delivery time for your rental depends on the number of rentals we have scheduled for that day. Generally, we arrive between 8 AM and 12 noon. Some customers choose an earlier 8-hour time frame, starting as early as 10 AM. In such cases, we will deliver your rental between 8 AM and 10 AM. 

When you place your order, we guarantee that your rental will arrive by the start time you select. However, if you choose a rental period longer than 8 hours, we will disregard your preferred start time and deliver by noon, with pickup scheduled after 8 PM.  Please note that rentals are only available for 8 hours. If you have an early event, such as a party starting at 10 AM, select the timeframe from 10 AM to 6 PM. We will honor your selection and ensure delivery by 10 AM, with pickup scheduled after 6 PM.

No, the jump should be clean when you receive it. Inflatable Party Magic LLC cleans and disinfects all rental equipment after every rental. We have ensured our cleaning products are CDC-approved in light of the coronavirus outbreak. We use a three-step method to guarantee our customers' safety.  Each piece of rental equipment—whether inflatables, tables, chairs, games, etc.—is cleaned when it returns to our shop. We begin by using a vacuum to remove all debris, followed by a CDC-approved cleaner and sanitizer that eliminates 99.9% of germs. 

While this has always been our cleaning process, we have enhanced our procedures due to the coronavirus. Upon delivery, we now spray all rental equipment with Lysol immediately after setup and before customers use it. We also use Lysol during pickup, spraying all equipment before it is folded and packed. The cleaning process restarts once the equipment returns to our shop after use. Ensuring customer safety and confidence is our top priority!

Indeed, a powerful blower continuously pumps air into the jump unit, ensuring it remains inflated and ready for fun at all times. However, once it's unplugged from its power source, the unit quickly deflates, losing its buoyant shape. That’s why we emphasize the importance of having an outlet within 100 feet of the unit or using a generator. Utilizing longer extension cords can overwhelm your circuit breaker and cause it to trip, which is why we always bring along our heavy-duty cords, designed to handle the task with ease and reliability. Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet near the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

We enjoy setting up at parks, but most parks do not have electricity. If you wish to set up a generator at a park, you must rent one, which we offer at a reasonable cost. Please note that parks operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so it's best to arrive early in the day to secure your spot. Additionally, there is a fee for setting up in parks, as this is time-sensitive and often requires a dedicated driver.

If you are paying with cash, please provide the exact change, as our drivers do not carry any money.

You can reschedule your party rental for a different date; however, deposits are non-refundable. In such cases, we will issue a valid raincheck for one year. If you have already paid in full, we can refund everything beyond the deposit minus a 5% restocking fee to cover our incurred transaction fees. Alternatively, you may opt for a raincheck for the full amount instead of a partial refund, allowing you to receive a raincheck for 100% of your total payment.

Please be aware that items canceled at the time of delivery will be charged at the full rate. No refunds, rainchecks, or credits will be issued for these cancellations.

All orders require a non-refundable credit card deposit.
