Job Role:
The Convoy Control Team is responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and organized flow of all VTC convoys. They guide drivers along the route, manage convoy spacing, assist with navigation, and provide support if any issues arise. Their work helps create a professional and enjoyable experience for both our drivers and guests during events.
Rules:
1. Professionalism Required
Convoy Control members must maintain a professional attitude at all times during events, both internally and when representing the company in public or partnered convoys.
2. Follow TMP Rules
All actions must strictly follow TruckersMP rules. Blocking roads, ramming, or impersonating TMP staff is prohibited unless specifically authorized during TMP-approved events.
3. Use Correct Tags and Livery
Members must use the designated Convoy Control tags and liveries during convoys. Unauthorized use of these identifiers is not allowed.
4. Communication is Key
All Convoy Control members must be in the required voice channels during events. Clear, respectful communication is expected at all times.
5. Role Discipline
Stick to your assigned position (Lead, Tail, Scout, Media, etc.) unless directed to change roles by a Convoy Organizer or Supervisor.
6. Do Not Impede Public Traffic
In public servers, Convoy Control must not block roads or interfere with non-VTC drivers unless the convoy is officially TMP-approved.
7. Assist Drivers Respectfully
Help lost, disconnected, or late drivers calmly and respectfully. Represent the company with patience and professionalism.
8. Event Preparedness
All Convoy Control members should familiarize themselves with the convoy route, fuel/rest points, and plan ahead of each event.
9. Follow Chain of Command
Always listen to and respect instructions from Convoy Organizers or senior staff during operations.
10. Report Issues Promptly
If any problems arise during an event (rule-breaking, breakdowns, lost drivers), report them immediately through the appropriate channels.

Convoy Support
Assists with tailing, recovery, or media; support-level control.
Convoy Marshal
Manages key points along the route; provides directional help.
Convoy Tail
Maintains the rear of the convoy and monitors spacing.
Convoy Scout
Drives ahead to report traffic or road conditions.
Convoy Lead
Leads the convoy; responsible for pace and navigation.
CCT Supervisor
Oversees CCT roles during convoys and provides training/guidance.
CCT Convoy Planner
Plans convoys, assigns roles, and manages overall convoy operations.

Job Role:
The Driver Team forms the core of the company, responsible for completing deliveries, attending convoys, and representing the VTC on the road. Drivers are expected to operate safely, follow all company and TruckersMP rules, and maintain a professional presence in both public and private events. Whether driving solo or in convoy, they uphold the values and reputation of the VTC with pride and consistency.
Rules:
1. Follow TMP Rules at All Times
All drivers must obey TruckersMP rules during public and VTC events. Reckless driving, ramming, or rule-breaking will not be tolerated.
2. Respect All Players
Treat fellow VTC members and public drivers with respect and professionalism. You represent the company while driving.
3. Use Correct Tags and Paint Jobs
Always use the VTC-approved tags, paint jobs, and player name format when participating in convoys or driving under the company name.
4. Drive Safely and Realistically
Maintain a safe speed, proper distance, and lane discipline — especially during convoys. Respect traffic laws and event rules.
5. Be Active and Involved
Stay active by attending convoys, logging jobs (if required), and engaging with the community. Let staff know if you need to go inactive.
6. Convoy Etiquette is Mandatory
No overtaking, reckless braking, or cutting off other trucks during convoys. Follow the Convoy Control team’s guidance at all times.
7. Job Logging
After every Job you need to log the delivery via the form which will be found in the discord
8. Communication is Key
Join the correct voice channels during convoys and respond when needed. Keep comms respectful and relevant.
9. Use Approved Mods Only
Use only approved mods when driving for the company to ensure compatibility with others and TMP servers.
10. Represent the VTC Proudly
As a driver, you are the face of the company on the road. Drive with pride, respect, and teamwork.

Elite Driver
High performance, consistent logs, and excellent conduct.
Veteran Driver
Long-standing member recognized for loyalty and contribution.
Driver of the Month
Special title awarded to a top-performing driver monthly.
