A: Yes, all our products include a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects for an extra fee.
Q: How does the watch connect when my dependent is on the go?
A: Your dependent's INFINITE watch will connect to your mobile device using a SIM card. While the INFINITE watch comes with a SIM card, you may replace it with your own.
Q: What do you do with my dependent's location data?
A: The location data of your dependent is sent directly to the INFINITE app. It is deleted from our servers right after. Location data after deletion will only be stored locally on your mobile device.
Q: What specific security measures and encryption protocols have been implemented in the watch to ensure compliance with medical standards like HIPAA and protect patient data?
A: The watch has been designed around medical standards like HIPAA. For example, packets sent to and from the watch will always be encrypted with TLS 1.3, which guarantees perfect encryption when done well (DHE, which is great for security). Additionally, any data stored on a server would be encrypted heavily and access to sensitive medical data would be secure (using AES-256 encryption).
