事业部的理念
常常会有师兄师姐问起，练习返老还童气功不收费，那到底协会是靠什么生存的呀？
返老还童组织是一个公益单位，以建立各国返老还童气功协会，教导返老还童修炼功法及推广正确的健康饮食观念为愿景; 并以帮助⼈类恢复身、心、灵健康，远离疾病的威胁为使命。返老还童教导气功是免费教功，不收学员学费，虽然接受不定期捐款，但要维持目前多个练功场营运及服务癌友之费用，仍需要很多经费; 有鉴于此蔡老师十年前即有远见成立了事业部，以社会型企业概念经营，自筹经费发展返老还童组织，所营运的盈余都贡献于协会组织，应用于日常运作所需经费、投入帮助协会为癌友开设一系列的癌友免费课程。
返老还童事业部由志工及协会共同经营，专业医生团队辅助咨询︔经营团队透过访厂及严格的品质把关，为学员找寻品质优良、天然有机、价廉的商品。学员除可安⼼购买到物美价廉的商品外，间接也完成了做善事的义行，帮助了协会和癌友，可谓是一举两得!
THE PHILOSOPHY OF THE DIVISion
Brothers and sisters often ask that there is no charge for practicing rejuvenation qigong. So what does the association rely on for survival?
The Rejuvenation Organization is a public welfare unit with the vision of establishing national rejuvenation qigong associations, teaching rejuvenation practices and promoting correct healthy eating concepts; and its mission is to help people restore physical, mental, and spiritual health, and stay away from the threat of disease. Qigong teaching for rejuvenation is free and does not charge students tuition. Although it accepts irregular donations, it still requires a lot of funds to maintain the current operating costs of multiple practice centers and serving cancer friends. In view of this, Teacher Cai had a vision ten years ago Established a business department to operate with the concept of a social enterprise, self-financing to develop a rejuvenation organization, and operating surpluses are contributed to the association organization, used for daily operation funds, and invested to help the association open a series of cancer friends free of charge course.
The Rejuvenation Business Unit is jointly operated by volunteers and the association, and a team of professional doctors assists in consultation. The management team finds high-quality, natural and organic, and inexpensive products for students through factory visits and strict quality control. In addition to purchasing high-quality and low-cost products, the trainees indirectly also completed the righteous deeds of doing good deeds and helped the association and cancer friends. It can be described as killing two birds with one stone!
