This Privacy Policy explains how Infinite Learning ("the App") collects, uses, and handles information when you use the App.
Infinite Learning is currently operated by Santosh Khanal under the name Infinite Labs & Systems.
This policy applies to the current version of Infinite Learning and describes our current data practices. If our data practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
Infinite Learning does not currently require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, password, or postal address to use the App.
The App currently uses Unity Analytics, provided through Unity Gaming Services, to collect analytics and technical information about the use of the App.
Depending on the functionality and analytics configuration used, information collected by Unity Analytics may include:
A randomly generated installation identifier or other identifier;
Approximate location;
Device and technical information;
Application usage information;
Analytics events relating to interactions with the App;
Application diagnostics and performance information.
Unity Analytics also provides automatically collected analytics events, while the App may send additional custom events relating to the use of educational features and simulations.
We do not intentionally use Infinite Learning to collect:
Names;
Email addresses;
Telephone numbers;
Passwords;
Postal addresses;
Payment information; or
User account information.
Analytics information is used to:
Understand how users interact with Infinite Learning;
Improve educational content and interactive simulations;
Improve application functionality and performance;
Identify technical problems and improve application stability;
Understand which features are being used; and
Improve the overall learning experience.
We do not currently use analytics information for advertising or personalized advertising.
Infinite Learning uses Unity Analytics through Unity Gaming Services.
Unity Analytics is a third-party service provided by Unity Technologies. Analytics information is processed through Unity's infrastructure to provide analytics functionality.
Unity states that Analytics data is transmitted using HTTPS/SSL encryption and provides information regarding the data collected by its Analytics SDK for Google Play Data Safety disclosures.
For more information about Unity's privacy practices, please refer to:
Infinite Learning provides users with a choice regarding Analytics collection.
Users who select 13 or older may be presented with an Analytics consent screen and can choose whether to allow Analytics collection.
If Analytics consent is declined, Infinite Learning sets the Analytics consent state to denied and does not intentionally begin Analytics data collection.
Users who select Under 13 are not enabled for Analytics collection through the App.
Infinite Learning provides an in-app mechanism for requesting deletion of analytics data.
To request deletion:
Open Infinite Learning.
Open Settings.
Select Request Analytics Deletion.
Confirm the request.
When a deletion request is submitted, Infinite Learning disables further analytics collection and submits the deletion request through the Unity Analytics SDK.
Unity documents that the SDK provides a mechanism for players to request deletion of their Analytics data. Unity's current documentation states that player-data deletion requests affect Analytics metric data, raw event data, and user profile data, and that processing may take up to 30 days.
If you are unable to access the App or have another privacy-related request, you may contact us using the contact information below.
Analytics data is retained and processed through Unity Analytics according to the applicable retention practices of the service.
When a valid analytics-data deletion request is submitted through the App, the request is processed through Unity's Analytics deletion mechanism.
We do not maintain a separate Infinite Learning user-account database containing user profiles.
Analytics information transmitted by Infinite Learning through Unity Analytics is transmitted using encrypted communication such as HTTPS/SSL.
We take reasonable measures to avoid unauthorized access to information under our control.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Infinite Learning is an educational application intended for learners across multiple school-age groups, including minors. The App provides educational content such as interactive mathematics, physics, and other learning simulations and is not designed primarily as a children's entertainment application.
Infinite Learning does not currently require users to create accounts or intentionally request names, email addresses, passwords, telephone numbers, postal addresses, or other direct identifying information.
Because Infinite Learning may be used by students and younger learners, the App provides an age-selection screen when the App is first used. Users are asked to select one of the following age groups:
Under 13
13 or older
The App does not require users to provide their exact date of birth. The age-group selection is used to determine the appropriate privacy and analytics experience within the App.
Users who select "Under 13"
When a user selects Under 13, Infinite Learning treats the selection as indicating that the user is under 13 for purposes of the App's privacy and analytics configuration.
Analytics collection is not enabled for users who select Under 13. The App sets the Unity Analytics consent state to denied and does not intentionally begin Analytics data collection for that user.
The App does not intentionally collect children's names, email addresses, telephone numbers, postal addresses, passwords, or other direct identifying information.
Users who select "13 or older"
When a user selects 13 or older, the App may display its Analytics consent screen. Analytics is enabled only if the user provides the applicable consent.
If Analytics consent is declined, Analytics collection remains disabled.
Children's Privacy
We take the privacy of children and younger users seriously and seek to comply with applicable privacy and data-protection laws concerning children and minors, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), where applicable, and applicable requirements in other jurisdictions.
We do not knowingly use the analytics information collected through Infinite Learning for advertising or personalized advertising. We also do not currently use analytics data to create user profiles for advertising purposes.
The App currently does not display advertisements, use advertising SDKs or advertising networks, require user accounts, or provide login functionality.
If our audience, data practices, analytics configuration, advertising, account functionality, or other features change in a way that affects children's or minors' privacy, we will review and update this Privacy Policy and our applicable Google Play disclosures accordingly.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning information associated with your use of Infinite Learning.
These rights may include, where applicable:
Requesting access to information;
Requesting correction of inaccurate information;
Requesting deletion of information;
Requesting restriction of processing; and
Objecting to certain processing activities.
You may contact us using the information provided below for privacy-related requests.
Where analytics deletion is available through the App, we encourage users to use the Request Analytics Data Deletion function in the App.
Infinite Learning currently does not display advertisements and does not currently use advertising SDKs or advertising networks.
If advertising is introduced in a future version of Infinite Learning, we will update this Privacy Policy and the applicable Google Play Data Safety disclosures to accurately describe the new data practices before or when the relevant version is distributed.
Infinite Learning currently does not provide user account creation or login functionality.
Because the current App does not provide user accounts, there is currently no Infinite Learning account to delete.
We may update this Privacy Policy when:
The App introduces new features;
Our data practices change;
We introduce additional third-party services;
Advertising or account functionality is introduced; or
Applicable legal or platform requirements change.
When this policy is updated, we will change the Last Updated date at the top of this page.
The updated policy will be made available at the same Privacy Policy URL.
