InfiniteDynamics ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile game Devil's Trap (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it's used, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

The App is designed to work without requiring you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

Locally Stored Data
The App saves your gameplay progress — unlocked levels, best completion times, death counts, and your sound preference — directly on your device. This data is not transmitted to us or any third party, and is deleted automatically if you uninstall the App.

Purchase Information
The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Remove Ads"). Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play's billing system. We do not receive or store your payment details (card numbers, billing address, etc.) — Google handles that in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed, so we can unlock the corresponding feature on your device.

Advertising
The App does not currently display any advertisements. If a future update introduces ads, this Privacy Policy will be updated in advance to disclose the ad network(s) used and the data they collect (which may include an advertising identifier used for ad delivery and measurement).

Analytics and Diagnostics
The App is built with Unity, which may collect limited, non-personally-identifiable technical data (such as device model, operating system version, and crash reports) to help us identify bugs and improve performance. You can mute in-game sound, and control your device's advertising identifier and app permissions through your device's Settings at any time. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored progress data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, particularly as new features (such as advertising) are added. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
