Step 3: Course Details and Payment

- Choose your preferred payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
- Cash Deposit at a bank
- Installment plans (available for certain courses)
- Pay the required deposit or full payment to secure your spot
Step 4: Upload Required Documents
- Upload a copy of your ID or passport
- Upload any relevant qualifications or certifications (if applicable)
Step 5: Receive Confirmation
- Receive an email confirmation of your enrollment and payment
- Review the course schedule, terms, and conditions
Payment Methods:
- Credit/Debit Card: Secure online payment through PayGate or similar
- EFT: Electronic Funds Transfer to the academy's bank account
- Cash Deposit: Deposit cash at a bank into the academy's account
- Installment Plans: Available for certain courses, with a deposit and monthly installments
Payment Terms:
- Deposit: 50% of the course fee (non-refundable)
- Balance: Payable before the course starts or in installments (if agreed upon)
- Late Payment Fee: R500 (or 10% of the outstanding balance)
Cancellation Policy:
- More than 2 weeks before the course starts: 50% refund
- Less than 2 weeks before the course starts: No refund
