END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Infiniclipse, LLC ("Developer") for the use of this software game ("Game").
By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal entertainment purposes only.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
Use the Game or any of its assets in other projects without written permission
3. OWNERSHIP
The Game and all its content (including code, graphics, audio, and design) are the intellectual property of Caleb Shultz and are protected under copyright laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.
4. PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information from you. By using the Game, you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your information in compliance with the Privacy Policy. 5. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Game is provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied. The Developer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.
7. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Game.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Ohio.
