These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the JustRead mobile application (the "App") operated by Infidhi Ventures Private Limited ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JustRead, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

JustRead is a micro-learning application that provides users with:

• Book summaries and key insights from popular titles

• Audiobook listening functionality

• Personalized reading recommendations based on selected interests

• Reading habit tracking including streaks and progress insights

• Content across 30+ categories including self-improvement, productivity, psychology, business, fiction, and more

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content available on JustRead — including but not limited to book summaries, audio content, text, graphics, logos, icons, and the overall design of the App — is the property of Infidhi Ventures Private Limited or its content licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without prior written permission

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on App content

• Use any content for commercial purposes without explicit authorization

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App

4. User Conduct

By using JustRead, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App

• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App using automated tools

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, both operated by Google. Your use of the App is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

JustRead is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses

• The content will be accurate, complete, or up to date

• The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infidhi Ventures Private Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infidhi Ventures Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 100, whichever is greater.

8. Content Disclaimer

The book summaries and content available on JustRead are intended for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for reading the original works. We encourage users to support authors and publishers by purchasing original books. All book titles, author names, and cover references belong to their respective owners.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the App or on our associated website, with the "Effective Date" updated accordingly. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
