A determination on whether an athlete made a team with Inferno will be made by the Director and coaches who attend tryouts. An acceptance or denial email will be sent within 48 hours to the email listed on the tryout registration form.
Athletes parents will be given 24 hours to accept or deny an offer with the club and must submit a deposit of $300 to lock into the roster. In order to ensure all spots are filled and to prepare for the season, we must have these responses as soon as possible.
Practices are held Monday through Thursday. All teams will practice twice per week with an additional strength training session on Fridays required for athletes on both National and Regional teams.
Strength training sessions will not take place the week of a tournament. Practices will also not be held the day before full weekend tournaments to ensure all players are refreshed and ready to play their best in Friday night games.
Inferno Idaho believes that teams who build strong connections off the court perform better on the court.
Team bonding is a core part of the program and is required for all teams. Each team will participate in two scheduled bonding events that replace a practice, along with additional activities organized at the coach’s discretion.
To further strengthen connections, team dinners are scheduled the night before tournaments, giving players a chance to connect and prepare for the weekend ahead.
Coaches also hold regular 5-minute check-ins with each player to ensure she feels confident, supported, and has a safe space to share feedback.

All payments are due by the 1st of each month via PayPal, Venmo, Cash, or Check.
To fully reserve your athlete's spot, a $300 deposit must be paid upon acceptance. The athlete's AAU & USAV membership numbers must be submitted as soon as possible but at minimum one month before the first practice. The deposit is included in the athlete's total fees listed above and is used to purchase the athlete's jerseys & gear.
Payment Options:
Pay-in-Full: Payment is made in full at or prior to the start of the season.
Fall Plan: Total cost broken down into 8 monthly payments that start September 1st, following an acceptance to a team from summer tryouts. Families who choose this option will not be required to pay the $300 deposit; however, AAU & USAV membership numbers must still be submitted on time.
Regular Plan: Total club fee cost minus the deposit broken down into 5 monthly payments that span the entirety of the season (December-April).
