NestLink may offer optional premium subscriptions. Payments are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store any payment information. Subscription status may be used only to provide premium features.

By downloading or using NestLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
NestLink grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal and non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
You are responsible for the content and links you store in the app. You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
All rights, title, and interest in the app, including its design, features, and functionality, remain the exclusive property of NestLink and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
NestLink may offer auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features.
By purchasing a subscription:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.
Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited after purchasing a subscription.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NestLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data or profits resulting from the use or inability to use the app.
We may terminate or suspend access to the app if these Terms are violated.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
