Welcome to iNestFIles ("App"), developed by Ashray Santoki ("Developer", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the App.
Your privacy is important to us. File Organizer is designed with privacy in mind. Unless you enable optional iCloud Sync, your files remain stored only on your device.
We do not collect, access, monitor, sell, rent, or share your personal information or the contents of your files.
We do not collect or store:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Contacts
Photos
Videos
Documents
PDFs
Audio files
Health records
Financial information
Device identifiers
Advertising identifiers
Location data
Analytics
Usage statistics
Marketing data
User-generated content
Passwords
Biometric information
Your data belongs to you.
By default, all folders, files, images, videos, scanned documents, PDFs, and other content are stored locally on your Apple device.
No files are uploaded to or stored on servers owned or operated by the Developer.
The App may offer optional iCloud Sync using Apple's CloudKit/iCloud services.
If enabled:
Your data may synchronize across your Apple devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account.
We cannot access, read, copy, modify, recover, or delete your iCloud data.
Synchronization is handled entirely by Apple's infrastructure.
By enabling iCloud Sync, you acknowledge that Apple's services are responsible for data synchronization.
The App may request access to:
Files
Photos
Camera (for document scanning)
Face ID / Touch ID
These permissions are used only to perform the actions you request.
We never access your content without your permission.
If you enable biometric protection, authentication is performed entirely by Apple's secure authentication framework.
We never receive or store:
Face scans
Fingerprints
Biometric templates
The App does not require internet access for normal local operation.
Internet access may be used only for optional features such as iCloud synchronization.
The App does not include:
Advertising SDKs
Tracking SDKs
Marketing SDKs
If iCloud Sync is enabled, Apple's iCloud/CloudKit services are used solely to synchronize your data between your own devices.
We design the App to help protect your information. However, no software or storage method can guarantee complete security.
You are responsible for:
Keeping your device secure
Using a device passcode
Enabling Face ID or Touch ID if desired
Maintaining regular backups
Deleting files within the App or deleting the App itself may permanently remove locally stored data.
If iCloud Sync is enabled, deletions may also synchronize across your devices.
Deleted data may not be recoverable.
The App is licensed, not sold.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control.
You retain full ownership of all files, folders, documents, images, videos, and other content stored within the App.
We claim no ownership over your content.
You agree to:
Use the App lawfully.
Store only content you have the right to possess.
Maintain backups of important files.
Protect access to your device and Apple ID.
Keep sufficient iCloud storage if using iCloud Sync.
Although the App may support iCloud Sync, synchronization is not a substitute for backups.
You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your important files.
We recommend using Apple's backup solutions.
Because we never access or store your files, we cannot recover:
Deleted files
Lost folders
Corrupted data
Missing documents
Damaged databases
iCloud content
Recovery is not possible by the Developer.
You may not use the App to:
Violate laws
Infringe intellectual property rights
Store malicious software
Distribute harmful content
Reverse engineer the App except where permitted by law
Interfere with App functionality
We may update the App periodically to improve security, stability, performance, or functionality.
Some features may change or be removed without prior notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the App or compatibility with every Apple device or iOS version.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy
Reliability
Availability
Security
Non-infringement
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of files
Lost documents
Lost photos
Lost videos
Lost PDFs
Data corruption
Accidental deletion
Synchronization conflicts
iCloud synchronization failures
Apple service interruptions
Apple ID issues
Device malfunction
Hardware failure
Software bugs
Operating system issues
Loss of business
Loss of income
Loss of profits
Business interruption
Loss resulting from insufficient iCloud storage
User error
Unauthorized device access
Forgotten passwords or biometric lock settings
You use the App entirely at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, legal fees, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the App
Your violation of this Agreement
Content stored by you
Violation of applicable laws
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its:
Source code
User interface
Graphics
Icons
Design
Branding
Features
remain the exclusive property of the Developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This App is licensed—not sold—to you.
You may:
Install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control.
Organize unlimited folders and files.
Use the App for personal or business purposes.
You may not:
Copy or redistribute the App.
Modify or create derivative works.
Reverse engineer the App except where permitted by law.
Remove copyright notices.
Resell or sublicense the App.
Use the App for unlawful purposes.
Apple is not responsible for:
Maintenance
Technical support
Warranties
Claims relating to the App
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce its terms where applicable.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may revise this Agreement from time to time.
Updated versions become effective when published within the App or on the App Store listing.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
You have read and understood this Agreement.
Your files are stored locally unless you enable optional iCloud Sync.
If iCloud Sync is enabled, synchronization is provided by Apple using your personal iCloud account.
The Developer cannot access, recover, restore, or retrieve your files.
You are solely responsible for backing up your important data.
The Developer is not responsible for any loss, corruption, deletion, synchronization issues, conflicts, delays, or inaccessibility of your files, whether caused by user actions, device failure, iCloud services, Apple systems, software bugs, hardware issues, operating system updates, insufficient iCloud storage, or any other circumstance beyond the Developer's reasonable control.
You use the App entirely at your own risk.
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
