Scenarios could include:
How your staff handle day-to-day tasks
How they respond to challenging situations
How they respond to challenging people
Having your team working with trained actors allows you to custom design the experiences and challenges you want them to face. You can use it to highlight your company procedures and develop best practice. This format allows them to face a challenge, reflect on how they responded, and face the same challenge again using a new approach.
Trained actors can replay the same scenario for multiple team member during a training day, responding to how each team member approaches the task.
