This storybook chronicles the rise of Indra as a prominent God of Thunder and his battles with Thor and Zeus over the right to the skies. The first story is about Indra's origins and how he gained fame among the Gods for his mighty deeds. He builds his acclaim until stories of his deeds spills over into far away lands and other Thunder Gods come to challenge his great power and right to the skies. These Thunder Gods that rise up to face him are Thor and Zeus. Thor and Zeus had battled many centuries ago and both come to an agreement to share the rights to be Thunder God. They don't always see eye to eye, but their agreement had kept things peaceful for centuries. When Indra shows up it throws everything out of whack and they must decide what to do. Zeus is a jealous and wrathful God who doesn't like to share power. He wasn't happy that he had to share his domain with Thor as it is, and now there was Indra he must deal with. He must summon Thor so they can decide how to handle this situation. Thor is a loyal and honorable God who values truth and honor above all else. He likes those who are straightforward and honest in their dealings. He despises trickery; his brother Loki is the God of trickery and he grew to hate what his brother represented after many years of getting betrayed by him. Zeus and Thor meet but Zeus was not sure what Thor would think of their situation. Thor and Zeus only had this arrangement because they were equally strong and could not kill each other because they were immortal. Will Thor and Zeus' alliance last with Indra in the picture? What will each of them decide to do?
