Sheetal S. Zalte-Gaikwad is an assistant professor in Computer Science Department at Shivaji University, Kolhapur, India. She pursued Bachelor of Computer Science from Pune University, and Master of Computer Science from Pune, India. She earned her Ph.D. in Mobile Ad-hoc Network at Shivaji University. She has 14 years of teaching experience in computer science. She has published 25+ research papers in renowned publications like IEEE, Bentham, Wiley, Springer, CRC and Taylor Francis. Some of research papers are indexed in WoS, Scopus and ESCI.

She has received two best paper awards in National and International Conferences. She is currently working as lead editor for CRC and Taylor Francis book publication. She has also authored book chapters with Springer. She has appointed as a member of the ‘Editorial Board’ for Journal (s) of ‘Blue Eyes Intelligence Engineering and Sciences Publication (BEIESP) for year 2021-22. Her research areas are MANET, VANET, Block-chain Security, and Machine Learning.
