Welcome to Indonesian Chemical Society (Himpunan Kimia Indonesia, HKI)

This is a temporary website, but official. The official website is still under construction and will be launched tentatively in September 2018.

The Indonesian Chemical Society (Himpunan Kimia Indonesia, HKI) is a non-provit organisation which aims to nurture the general advancement of chemical sciences in Indonesia for the welfare of Indonesian citizen.

Based on that objective, the Indonesian Chemical Society (Himpunan Kima Indonesia, HKI) works:

• to foster and encourage scientists and professionals in the field of chemistry to advance their chemical competency for the welfare of Indonesia
• to advance science and practice of chemistry and its applications
• to establish and foster scientific networks between members as well as science communication and dissemination of chemical knowledge to non-scientific community
• to serve the public interest such as government by acting in an advisory, consultative or representative capacity
• to foster networking with other scientific society and professional body nationally and internationally
• to advance the growth of scientific works and education
• to coordinate conferences and scientific meetings
