Welcome to this application ("App"), developed and operated by INDOGAST MEDIA ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use the App.

If you are under the legal age of majority, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use the App solely for your personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Use the App in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute the App.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its services.

• Circumvent security measures or technical limitations.

• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.

• Use the App in any manner that interferes with its normal operation or the experience of other users.

You are solely responsible for how you use the App and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Accessibility Service

Some features of the App rely on Android Accessibility Service to perform automated actions such as taps, swipes, or long presses.

By enabling the Accessibility Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The service is used only to provide the automation features you explicitly enable.

• You remain in full control and may disable Accessibility Service at any time through your device settings.

• The App does not use Accessibility Service to collect passwords, financial information, personal messages, or other sensitive content.

• We do not monitor your activities or access personal information through the Accessibility Service.

5. Exact Alarm Permission

Certain automation or reminder features require the USE_EXACT_ALARM permission.

By enabling these features, you acknowledge that:

• Exact alarms are used solely for user-requested scheduled actions.

• This permission is not used for advertising, profiling, analytics, or background data collection.

• You may disable alarms or revoke the permission at any time through the App or your device settings.

Some scheduled functions may no longer operate correctly if this permission is disabled.

6. Device Permissions

The App may request access to certain device permissions depending on the features you choose to use, including:

• Accessibility Service

• Notifications

• Exact Alarm

• Internet access

• Physical Activity

• Location services (if applicable)

Granting these permissions is optional; however, some features may not function properly without them.

7. Premium Subscription & In-App Purchases

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription ("Premium") or one-time in-app purchases.

By purchasing Premium, you agree that:

• Payments are processed through your Google Play or Apple App Store account.

• Subscription prices, billing periods, and available plans are shown before purchase.

• Unless canceled before the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew according to the applicable app store's policies.

• You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.

• Removing or uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.

• Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the applicable app store and applicable law.

• We may update Premium pricing, benefits, or available plans from time to time.

• If payment cannot be processed, Premium access may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.

Premium subscriptions are licensed solely for your personal use and may not be transferred, shared, resold, or used for commercial purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including all software, graphics, user interfaces, logos, trademarks, icons, text, and other content, is owned by INDOGAST MEDIA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, no part of the App may be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without our prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services such as:

• Analytics providers

• Cloud infrastructure providers

• Crash reporting services

• Advertising services

• Payment processors

Your use of these services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services or their practices.

10. Updates

We may release updates, improvements, security patches, bug fixes, or new features at any time.

Some updates may be required to maintain compatibility, security, or proper operation of the App.

11. Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruption, delay, or errors.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INDOGAST MEDIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:

• Your use of or inability to use the App;

• Device incompatibility or malfunction;

• Data loss;

• Service interruptions;

• Third-party service failures;

• Unauthorized access to your device or account;

• Any damages resulting from your use of automation features.

Where applicable law does not allow certain limitations, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, store, and protect your information.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately if:

• You violate these Terms;

• Your use threatens the security or operation of the App;

• We are required to do so by applicable law.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where INDOGAST MEDIA operates, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

Updated versions will be published within the App, on our website (if applicable), or through the relevant app store listing.

Your continued use of the App after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
