Katheris SA is a pioneer firm in recycling activities. We had a collaboration in a RnD project, regarding cables recycling, and how we can involve circular economy policies in electronic waste management.
PELCO - IESL _Cu project
Pelco SA is an estimated firm with it's main activity the industrial lubricant production and commerce. Also is active in recycling oil and lubricant wastes. Project reinvolvement is on the Waste treatment of oil subproduction. The copper effect needs to be erased in a way that the lubricant could be regenerated in order to renew the production, following the Circular Economy rules. Our collaboration with Pelco is in the field of consulting regarding copper removal from lubricant , and the design of a pilot production line.

Circular Economy & Environtmental Policies
ESDAK is an Organization that contributes to the total management of recycling by-products and wastes in the Region of Crete. They collaborate with IndMatech and Vlysis team in an effort of reorganizing the waste management and invoices policies following the EU guideness accordignly to the Greek Law. We shall evaluate the circumastances regarding waste management in the circular economy proposals in order to establish a new Guide for the members of ESDAK, which are local Public sector Organizations.
Waste Management Project in Circular Economy Raw Materials
Heraklion Port Authority is the representative of Public Property Development Fund of Greek government , regarding the utilization of Heraklion Port. We collaborate with the administration of HPA in order to develop a sustainable development - study of materials recovery by wastes which are managed by the Organization on behalf of its Clients and associates, but also those that arise on a permanent basis from its activities during the operation of the Port of Heraklion. Circular Policies shall be taking in account in order to propose a summarized model of activities, and critical raw materials recovery by total waste management.

RE-PLAN CITY LIFE project aims to raise awareness about the Circular Economy opportunities for Materials, Products and applications obtained from tyre recycling to adopt environmentally friendly behavior and practice in urban communities.
Tyre recycling has some peculiarities that distinguish it from other recycling sectors, as Recycled Tyre Materials (RTMs) are not used to produce new tyres. RTMs produce new materials: rubber, steel fibres and textile fibres, that are used in many different products and applications, from roads and road furniture to sport surfaces, from building materials to infrastructure – and many others.
