Cancelation Policy

You must be in good standing to schedule appointments.

No Call / No Show - Required to pay 100% of the scheduled service price prior to booking next appointment. 

24-hour Cancelation Notice - Required to pay 50% of the scheduled service price. 

48-hour Cancelation Notice - Required to pay a $50 penalty. 

24 & 48-hour cancellation charges will occur before or during your next scheduled appointment. 

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family.  Delays can happen however, we must keep the other clients and your stylist on time. 

Arriving 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment will result in a 

No Call / No Show.
