• RECOVERED PERSONS NEED TO SHOW

• Copy of hotel booking confirmation start on your arrival date to HK for 21 nights (bear your name as per passport clearly)

Detailed Guidelines for the above

Document 1 - Lab report

1. RT-PCR report from collected (time calculated from specimen collection time) within 48 hrs prior to scheduled boarding time of the of the flight to Hong Kong

• (eg: if flight from India via Dubai to Hk , the time 48 Hrs will be counted prior to Dubai flight to Hk)

• (If Air India flight from Delhi to Hk, time of 48 Hrs will be counted prior to Delhi flight to Hk) :

How the information on the Rt-PCR report must be:

• NAME AS PASSPORT on the lab report

• name of the test conducted (CHP *FAQ *HAS THE LIST of tests)

• time stamp of the test sample collected, and report received (attched screenshot of timestamp for reference).

• The RT-PCR report has to be within 48 hrs prior (calculated from specimen collection time) to scheduled boarding flight to HK AND HAS TO HAVE A BAR/QR CODE, which the airline will Check if connects to the actual lab.

Document 2 -ONLY IN CASE RT_PCR REPORT IS NOT AS PER HK REQUIREMENT

• Just in case the lab report is not as per HK govt standard then document mentioning these details (name, sample collection time stamp - report collected time stamp (attched screenshot of timestamp for reference)) and signed by the lab doctor signing the lab report. attached is the google link below

Document 3 -RECOVERED from COVID PERSONS NEED TO SHOW

Proof of infection with recovery:

• A certificate or a recovery record issued by a medical practitioner or relevant authority in Engligh/Chinese, showing the person was previously infected with Covid-19 in the past 14-90 days prior to boarding.

• RAT kit Test report in English or Chinese issued by a healthcare lab that 24 hours before departure of the aircraft to Hong Kong that he/she negative was negative for Covid-19 when testing negative by RAT.

Certificate of recovery Mentioning Personal information AS BELOW :

1. -Passport No and Name as per Passport must be on this document.

2. -Date of infection between 14-90 days prior to boarding the flight

3. -Recovered from covid-19 (showing the person was previously infected with Covid-19 in the past 14-90 days prior to boarding.)

RAT KIT TEST report mentioning :

1. -Passport No and Name as per Passport must be on this document.

2. -Date of infection between 14-90 days prior to boarding the flight

3. - Test name - RAPID ANTIGEN TEST(rat) FOR COVID

4. RESULT AS "NEGATIVE"/ "NOT DETECTED"/ "UNDETECTED"

5. DATE AND TIME OF SPECIMEN COLECTION WITHIN 24 BEFORE THE DEPARTURE OF THE FLIGHT TO Hong Kong

PRE DEPARTURE PCR TEST FOR CHILDREN BELOW THE AGE OF 3:

• PCR tests for those below 3 will no longer be necessary to board a flight to Hong Kong.

• Young children will still be subject to PCR tests on reaching/landing in Hong Kong (Usually conducted with stool samples).

Document 4 – Hotel Booking

• Hotel Booking

All persons arriving at Hong Kong (either via the airport or land boundary control points) who have stayed in places outside China on the day of arrival at Hong Kong or during the 14 days before that day have to undergo compulsory quarantine for 7 days in designated quarantine hotels. • Hotel room reservation for 7 days with all the passenger names.

Document 5 – Vaccination

• Vaccination record as per HK govt requirement

• mention of both the doses taken

• date of both the vaccine taken

• name as per passport

• passport number/HKID Number

• non populated UHID/populated UHID.

• all the parameters as per HK sample certificate - populated/ non populated

What is populated and unpopulated?

Populated means with a number, non populated means without a number. The parameter on the certificate is a must in fact all the parameters in the certificate is a must as per HK govt sample doc. UHID CAN BE WITH A VALUE OR WITHOUT A VALUE BUT THE TERM iS TO BE MENTIONED

• Accepted list of Vaccine by HK : Fully vaccinated means the suggested dosage has been administered in accordance with the “List of COVID-19 Vaccines Recognised for Specified Purposes” and relevant guidelines of a COVID-19 vaccination course at least 14 days prior to arrival at Hong Kong. https://www.coronavirus.gov.hk/pdf/list_of_recognised_covid19_vaccines.pdf

Document 6 – Health Declaration

• HK Health declaration valid for only 48 hours since QR code received

FOR UPDATING INFORMATION ON THE HEALTH DECLARATION FOR UNVACCINATED (children younger than 12 years):

In the health declaration form, just select that the child is

1) Unvaccinated

2) select the option that you won't produce a vaccine certificate (obviously)

- These steps will still generate a QR code required for boarding for HK.

Covid testing At Delhi Airport

Sharing information for people who my need it .( From a PAX who traveled recently )

Got my RT-PCR from the lab at airport today ( collection Center outside gate 8 at Delhi IGI T3 departures), took me less then 1 hour - cost 800 Rupees , they then sent me report in 4 hours (online).. ( the report earlier stated ‘ not detected’. But when I called their phone and ask them to mention ‘negative’ they did the correction and reissued report online again ..

.. very satisfied with the service ..

They also have ISO certification that you can download from NABL website

I myself did not booked appointment but while I was in queue , I saw somebody who booked appointment and paid in advance , I think that way he didn’t had to queue in that long .

Delhi airport is not testing for kids under 10
