Please complete the Registration Form and mail or email it to us by March 15th to be part of our convention! Hover over the top right corner of the form and you can open it. You can print it and fill it in or open it with Google Docs (follow the prompts) and fill it in, save it, and email it! If you are a member of IWOCP you should have received the registration form via email.

Mailed payment should accompany registration.
