She has closely dealt with aggrieved foreign nationals or NRIs and has been successful in redressing the same. Promila joined India Law Offices in 2008 as an associate & has been working with the firm for over eight years now. She has played an important part in building up the firm's litigation practice at New Delhi, Bangalore & Goa.

Aparajita has extensively worked on all kinds of litigations and advisory for various corporate, individuals and Banking firms. Having done her Law from Faculty of Law, Delhi University in the year 2001, she practiced as an advocate in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, High Court Of Delhi and various District Courts, Tribunals including arbitral tribunals and forums of Delhi from 2001-2010. Aparajita had joined India Law Offices in 2010 since the firm's inception at Mumbai playing an important role in establishing the Mumbai practice of India Law Offices.

Shubhi Sharma is a legal professional with years of experienced in all forms of dispute resolution – litigation, arbitration & mediation. She actively practices before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCLT, Consumer Forums, RERA and various other tribunals. Shubhi has handled some high-stake matters, diligently representing the interests of several Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
