• Business & Verification Documents (For Stores & Riders): GSTIN, business license details, government-issued IDs (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving License), vehicle registration data, and bank account details for payouts.

B. Location Data (Critical for Riders)

• Background & Foreground Location: The IndiaKissanMart Rider Partner app collects precise location data to match you with nearby delivery requests, calculate travel distance, and allow customers/stores to track their deliveries in real-time.

• Background Tracking Notice: Location data is collected when the rider app is open or running in the background (when the rider is marked "On Duty" or active) to ensure efficient location-based order routing.

C. Operational & Financial Data

• Order Tracking: Details of active orders, completed order history, pickup/drop-off time stamps, and customer delivery preferences.

• Earnings & Transactions: Records of weekly earnings, bonuses, cash-in-hand collected directly from customers, and transaction histories.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for operational, security, and administrative purposes, including:

• Processing registration, verifying identity, and onboarding partners.

• Providing real-time, location-based order assignments.

• Managing and processing weekly financial payouts.

• Monitoring performance metrics to improve platform efficiency.

• Resolving disputes, handling customer support, and maintaining platform security.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information in the following situations:

• With Customers: A delivery rider's name, phone number, and real-time location are shared with the purchasing customer to facilitate order completion.

• With Store Partners: Rider details may be shared with store vendors to coordinate accurate product handoffs.

• For Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or government request to prevent fraud or protect the safety of the network.

4. Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard encryption and technical security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. We retain your personal and business records only for as long as necessary to fulfill your account status, provide services, and comply with tax and legal requirements.

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to access, update, or correct your personal profile details directly inside the application settings.

Account & Data Deletion

In strict compliance with modern app store regulations, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.

• To delete your account, you can submit an official request through the Profile Management section inside the app, or email us directly at support@indiakissanmart.com.

• Upon receiving a valid request, we will erase your personal information from our active databases, except where retained data is strictly necessary to satisfy legal, tax, or fraud prevention obligations.
