To provide the best health-monitoring experience, IND Heart Suraksha collects the following information:
Personal Information: Name, age, contact details, and other identifying information required for account registration and login via OTP.
Health Data: Information entered by the user, including food intake, medication, water consumption, exercise routines, yoga practices, sleep patterns, and lifestyle habits.
Administrative Data: Admins (Doctors/Nurses) managing patient profiles may enter prescription details and stent operation information based on physical prescriptions.
We collect and use your data strictly for the following purposes:
Health Monitoring and Reporting: To generate daily and weekly reports for tracking heart health and lifestyle habits.
Reminder Notifications: To provide reminders for medication, water intake, exercise, and other health-related activities.
Research and Development: Aggregated and anonymized data may be used for medical research to improve cardiac health solutions.
Compliance with Ethical Standards: This application has been reviewed and approved under an Ethical Clearance Document from the respective hospital, ensuring adherence to medical data protection regulations.
For notifications and alerts, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), a secure and trusted service by Google.
Purpose: FCM is used only for sending push notifications (e.g., reminders for medication, water intake, etc.).
Token Usage: The app retrieves a unique device token from Firebase to deliver notifications accurately. This token is used solely for sending notifications and is not linked to personal data.
No Data Collection: Firebase does not collect personal user data from our app.

We prioritize data security and implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect against unauthorized access, misuse, or breaches.
All patient data is anonymized in reports to ensure privacy. No personally identifiable health data is shared.
We do not share your personal or medical data with third parties, except in the following cases:
Legal Requirements: If required by law, a court order, or legal proceedings.
Research Purposes: Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for scientific research but will not include personal identifiers.
Users have the option to delete their accounts permanently.
🔹 To delete your account:
Go to Profile and select the "Delete Account" button.
Fill out the Google Form for account deletion and submit your request.
Once submitted, the admin will process and delete the account permanently.
⚠ Note: Deleting your account will remove all stored data permanently and cannot be undone.
You have full control over your data and can review, edit, or delete it at any time.
If you withdraw consent for data collection, some features like reminders and reports may not function properly.

We have obtained an Ethical Clearance Document from the respective hospital to ensure compliance with medical regulations and Google Play policies.
