Independence Community Theater proudly presents Luau for King Lear by Pat Cook, directed by Kevin Cline. 

Our productions dates are May 2nd, 3rd, 9th, 10th, 11th, 16th, 17th, with Friday and Saturdays starting at 7:30pm and Sunday starting at 2:00pm. 

The play takes place in the theatre space being used by the

Peaceful Glen Memorial Players. The building used to house a

funeral home and still has an apartment on the lower level.

Most of the scenes only require a banquet table and folding

chairs. For the performance of "King Lear," a rattanstyle throne,

tree cutout and side curtain are also needed.
