Jose Chapa, a sole proprietor doing business as Bobcat Games, provides Color & Unwind, a color-by-number game. This policy explains how information is handled when you play. Contact us at donjosechapa@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.
Coloring progress, downloaded painting files, hint balance, and audio settings are stored on your device. The game uses Unity Authentication to create an anonymous player ID for online features. If you choose a leaderboard name, that name, your player ID, and your completed-page score are sent to Unity Leaderboards so rankings can be displayed. Other players may see your leaderboard name and score.
The Android and iPhone versions of Color & Unwind use Unity Ads to show banner and video ads. The Meta Quest version is ad-free. On the phone versions, Unity Ads may collect device identifiers, approximate location, information about ads you see or interact with, app usage, device details, and performance information to deliver and measure ads. Some painting galleries are downloaded through Unity Cloud Content Delivery; a connection is needed for the first download.
Web Workspace lets you open third-party websites inside the VR app. Those websites receive your requests and any information you enter, and may use cookies or other website storage. Their privacy policies apply. Browser cookies may remain on your device when you close the panel. Signing out of a website is separate from closing the panel. Website accounts are optional and are not required to color.
If you email us for help, we receive the email address and information you include in your message. Please do not send sensitive personal information. We use support messages to respond to you and troubleshoot problems.
Unity provides advertising on phone versions, authentication, leaderboards, and content delivery for the game. See Unity’s privacy policy for details about its practices.
You can change device advertising and privacy settings through your phone’s settings. You can play downloaded paintings offline; online ads, browsing, and leaderboards need a connection. To ask about access to or deletion of your leaderboard name, score, or associated player account, email donjosechapa@gmail.com. Deleting the app may remove locally stored progress, but does not by itself delete data held by Unity for online features. For information submitted to a third-party website, contact that website.
The game is not directed to children under 13. Store age ratings may impose a higher age requirement for particular versions or regions. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact donjosechapa@gmail.com.
We may update this policy when game features or services change. The effective date above will be updated when we do.
