Business search results depend on the information available through Apple MapKit.
Some businesses may:
Not be listed
Have incomplete information
Appear under a different category
Have an outdated address
Not include a phone number or website
Try changing the search term, selecting another category, increasing the search coverage, or moving the map to a different area.
Select the most accurate city or regional result from the location search.
You can also move the map manually or draw a custom search area before starting the search.
Check that:
The selected area contains commercial locations
At least one business category or search term is selected
The map is centered on the correct location
The device has an internet connection
Try drawing a slightly larger area or using a broader business category.
Open the business result and select the option to save it as a lead.
Saved leads can be reviewed and organized from the Leads section.
When a website is available, use the website button from the business details screen.
The website will open using the browser or the relevant application installed on the device.
Use the Google Maps action from the business details screen.
The availability and accuracy of the result depend on the business name, address, and the external map service.
Work lists allow you to organize businesses, visits, calls, and commercial actions.
You can:
Create multiple lists
Add businesses or manual items
Record notes
Update the result of each action
Mark work items as completed
Reorder or delete items
Yes. Open the business details and select the option to add the business to a work list.
You may select an existing list or create a new one.
Open the saved lead and use the available client-management action.

Depending on the available options, InDay Leads can create:
Standard invoices
Proforma invoices
Corrective documents
PDF documents
Editable customer-information forms
Open the invoice and use the sharing option.
The iOS sharing interface allows you to choose an available application, such as Mail, Messages, AirDrop, or another compatible service.
This document allows a customer to provide or correct billing information before the final invoice is issued.
When customer information is already complete, the app indicates that the information is already included in the invoice.

Camera access is used only when you choose to scan a receipt.
The camera helps capture the receipt and extract information for an expense record.

Enable camera access.
You can still enter expenses manually without granting camera permission.
Receipt recognition may be affected by:
Poor lighting
Blurred images
Folded or damaged receipts
Unusual document formats
Small or unclear text
Handwritten information
Always review the detected information before saving the expense.
