Privacy Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2026 · Last updated: January 1, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application IND9 Bubble Burst (the “App”) collects, uses, stores and shares information when you install and use it. The App is a free casual bubble-shooter puzzle game. By installing or using the App you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
2. Information We Collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, postal address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. The App and the third-party software development kits (“SDKs”) included in it may collect the following categories of data:
- Advertising identifier — the resettable Google Advertising ID (GAID) of your device, or the Android ID when the advertising identifier is unavailable.
- Device and technical identifiers — device model and brand, screen size and density, operating system version, system language, time zone, network type, and an app-install identifier generated by the analytics or attribution SDK.
- Usage data — app launches, sessions, in-app events (for example level started, level completed, reward claimed), and approximate country or region derived from your network address.
- Diagnostic data — crash and performance information, and the app version and package name.
The App does not collect the contents of your messages, your files, or any data that directly identifies you as a person.
3. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain and improve the App and its game content.
- To measure installs and campaign performance (attribution) and to understand aggregate usage.
- To detect and prevent fraudulent, automated or abusive installs and activity.
- To measure and address crashes, security incidents and technical faults.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Analytics and Attribution
The App uses analytics and attribution services to understand how it is used and to measure the performance of the marketing campaigns that lead to installs. The App does not display advertising and does not include any advertising network SDK. The advertising identifier is used only as an install and attribution key — it is not used to build an advertising profile or to serve targeted advertising inside the App. Because the App uses the advertising identifier for attribution and analytics, you may be able to limit that use through your device settings (for example “Delete advertising ID”).
5. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party services, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook SDK) — install attribution and app events, used to measure which marketing campaigns led to an install. See facebook.com/privacy/policy.
- Google LLC (Firebase Analytics, Firebase Installations, Google Play Services) — usage analytics, app instance identifiers and the advertising identifier service. See policies.google.com/privacy and firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared with: (a) the service providers listed in Section 5, acting as independent controllers or processors for the purposes described above; (b) our hosting and infrastructure providers, who store data on our behalf; and (c) public authorities, where we are required to do so by law or where it is necessary to protect our rights, our users or the public. Data collected by the App may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, under the safeguards applied by the relevant provider.
7. Data Retention and Security
Identifiers and usage events are retained only for as long as they are needed for the purposes described in this Policy, and are then deleted or aggregated. Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, to protect the data we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights and Choices
- You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings.
- You can stop all further data collection by uninstalling the App; uninstalling removes locally stored game data from your device.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data associated with your device by contacting us at the address in Section 12. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA or similar laws, including the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
9. Children
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Virtual Items
The App contains virtual coins, gems, keys and virtual items that are earned by playing. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and cannot be purchased with real money. The App does not offer real-money gambling, random paid loot boxes, or any opportunity to win real money or prizes.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The revised version will be published at this address with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after an update means that you accept the revised Policy.
