INCY WINCY KIDZ was founded in 2017 with a deep passion for early childhood education and a belief in the Play-Way Method. Co-founded by Mrs. Itishree Mohapatra and Mr. Manoranjan Pattanaik, the duo embraces the concept of multiple intelligences, equipping young learners with the skills needed to become confident decision-makers throughout their lives. At INCY WINCY KIDZ, every child is nurtured to face future challenges with self-confidence and a "never give up" attitude.

With over 25 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, Itishree has worked with preschools in major cities across India. She continues to collaborate with renowned publishers to design and develop preschool books and curricula.
