Being rude, troublesome, hateful, etc., are all grounds to be refused

• Transphobia, Homophobia, Racism, Hate Speech, etc., will get you blacklisted immediately and permanently

Having some kind of reference is appreciated but not required, and more is better!

Feedback and specifics are liked and appreciated! Help me get it right for you! This includes outfits, themes, props, kinks, songs, anything at all!

Turnaround time is dependent on how full the queue is, commissioner is encouraged to keep tabs of the Trello queue and is welcome to message me at any time regarding it

• Please keep in mind I am a full time student and still developing my workflow, I’m trying my best but my time estimations aren't always perfect! (I will never ghost a commissioner - even if I'm late, you will always get your finished piece)

• For illustrations or complex pieces, this timeframe may be extended

I will not be emulating other styles unless explicitly offered

• In addition, my own style is still developing. If something changes from previous pieces that the commissioner dislikes, please let me know and I will draw it in the previous way

If asked to draw a character of someone other than the commissioner, I may offer SFW options only unless they also get in touch with me to give their permission or the commissioner can prove they’ve given the all-clear

• If a potential commissioner acts overly suspicious or shady I may contact the other person(s) to let them know about the interaction

Commissioner will get WIPs at every step unless explicitly refusing them

• WIPs, once greenlit, may be posted in the Patron-only Discord to fulfill the work-in-progress benefit unless commissioner requests otherwise

Commissioner can ask for a WIP at any time, no cost!

I don't work on Sundays - they're for housework and personal time

Exposure is not payment, try that shit here and you will be blocked

Payments are done through Paypal Invoice

Prices are in USD

Prices are subject to change on the basis of complexity/extra characters/etc.

Payment can be done in two parts, but work will not start until half is paid

Commissioner has 48 hours (2 days) to send payment after the invoice is sent or the commission will be put on hold unless otherwise discussed/agreed

• After 72 hours (3 days), the commission will be cancelled and the queue slot reopened

Full, unwatermarked piece(s) will be sent when invoices are fully paid

Commissions cancelled before/at the sketch stage will be fully refunded

Commissions cancelled after the sketch stage will be partially refunded (50% or more depending on progress complete)

Full refunds will also be granted if I cannot complete a commission

I reserve the right to display finished pieces in any gallery/portfolio/website under the moniker of IncubusRomeo & respective variations (Romeo Crowmeo, Lixx2975, Incubeo) (unless otherwise discussed with commissioner)

Commissioner reserves the right to have their name removed from any piece(s) at any time

• Commissioner is named and tagged (if possible) unless explicitly asking not to be or if no handle/username is given (i.e. contact through email which doesn’t provide a username)

• Piece(s) will not be posted with commissioner’s legal name unless asked

Commissioner retains all rights to character(s) used in piece(s)

Commissioner may not alter, redistribute, or profit off of commissioned piece(s) except with explicit permission

• This includes cropping out my signature or watermark

Commissioner may upload commissioned piece(s) anywhere so long as it is properly credited in the same post

Commissioner may use finished piece(s) for banners/icons/etc.

Commissioner MAY NOT claim my work as their own
