Bharat — Reimagined is a visual discovery application that uses artificial intelligence to reimagine ancient Indian heritage sites, temples, forts and monuments as they may have appeared in their original era. The App is developed and operated by IncredibleSwipe Studio.
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes to:
Discover and learn about ancient Indian heritage sites
Save favourite spots to your Dream List or Later List
Share heritage site information with others
You may NOT:
Copy, modify or distribute the App's content commercially
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer the App
Use the App to spread misinformation about Indian heritage
All images in the App are AI-generated artistic reimaginings. They are creative interpretations of how ancient heritage sites may have appeared and are NOT:
Photographs of actual historical sites
Historically certified reconstructions
Documentary evidence of historical appearance
Historical facts and descriptions are researched from reliable sources. However, we make no warranty of absolute historical accuracy. Heritage site history is complex and subject to ongoing scholarly debate.
We are committed to representing Indian heritage with respect and accuracy. All content is created with reverence for India's cultural, spiritual and historical legacy.
All content in the App — including AI-generated images, descriptions, historical facts, app design and code — is owned by IncredibleSwipe Studio and protected by copyright law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Absolute historical accuracy of content
Availability of AI image generation at all times
Compatibility with all devices
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IncredibleSwipe Studio shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages
Loss of data or profits
Damages arising from use of AI-generated content
Technical failures or service interruptions
The App integrates third-party services including Firebase, OpenAI and Cloudinary. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.
We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs or improve performance. Some updates may be required to continue using the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
