The Solution

Our organization intends to start a charitable fund that would be funded mainly through donations that would dole out money and pet supplys to needy pet owners that could provide proof of need and that the money/supplies is actually being used for the pet.

Ideally this would give pet owners the financial help they need to better care for their pets and would prevent many of the cost of care related pet deposits to shelters.
