Multi_Software ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile application Expense Tracker: Budget & Goal (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.
We built this App to help you track income, expenses, budgets, and savings goals privately on your device. We do not operate servers to store your personal finance data, and we do not require you to create an account.

We do not collect, sell, rent, or share your personal financial data with us or third parties.
All data you enter is stored locally on your device, unless you choose to export it.
The App works offline and does not require an internet connection.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
We do not connect to your bank, credit card, or payment accounts.
The App stores the following information locally on your phone or tablet to provide its features:
Income and expense transactions (amount, type, category, date, and optional notes)
Custom categories (name and emoji)
Savings goals (name, target amount, saved amount, progress, and deadlines)
Budgets (category limits and weekly or monthly spending periods)
Your opening balance
Selected currency
Theme mode (light, dark, or system) and accent color
Daily reminder settings (enabled or disabled, and reminder time)
Onboarding completion status
Recent goal contribution amounts (used as quick-entry shortcuts)
In-app alerts related to budgets and goals (such as budget limits and goal deadlines)
This data is stored using on-device storage (a local database and app preferences). It is used only to operate App features such as balance tracking, transaction history, reports, charts, reminders, and backup/export.
We do not collect or receive:
Your name, email address, or phone number (unless you contact us directly)
Bank account, credit card, or payment details
Precise location (GPS) data
Contacts, photos, or media files (except a file you explicitly choose to import)
Device advertising identifiers
Usage analytics, behavioral tracking, or crash reports sent to our servers
The App does not request internet access and does not transmit your financial data to Multi_Software or any third party.
To improve your experience, the App may read on-device only information such as:
Your device region or locale (to suggest a currency during setup)
SIM country code (only to suggest a currency; this is not sent anywhere)
This information is processed entirely on your device and is never uploaded to us.
The App may request the following Android permissions:

You can turn off notifications at any time in the App settings or in your device’s system settings. The App remains usable if you decline or disable notifications.
You may export your transactions to a CSV file and import transactions from a CSV file you select.
Export and import are initiated by you.
When you export, you choose where to save or share the file (for example, email, cloud storage, or another app on your device).
We do not access, receive, or control files after you share them outside the App.
You are responsible for keeping exported files secure.
The App may support Android’s built-in backup and restore features on supported devices, depending on your device model and system settings. If enabled on your device, backup data may be stored through your device manufacturer’s or Google’s backup service.
We do not operate or control this backup service. You can manage backup settings in your Android device settings.
The App does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, social media SDKs, or cloud finance services.
If you use your device’s share menu, file picker, or another app to export, import, or share data, those actions are handled by your device and the third-party apps you choose. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Your data remains on your device until you:
Delete individual transactions, goals, budgets, categories, or alerts within the App
Clear the App’s storage data in your device settings
Uninstall the App
Uninstalling the App removes locally stored App data from your device, subject to your device’s backup and restore settings.
We do not retain copies of your financial data on our servers because we do not collect that data.
The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has entered personal information in the App, please contact us at multisoftwareltd@gmail.com. Because data is stored locally on the device, you can also delete it by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App.
Because your financial data is stored on your device and we do not collect it on our servers, you have direct control over your information. You can view, edit, export, or delete your data within the App at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (such as the GDPR in the European Economic Area or UK, or similar laws in other regions). Since we do not process your personal data on our servers, most requests can be fulfilled by you directly through the App, by clearing App data, or by uninstalling the App.

We rely on standard on-device storage provided by the Android operating system. However, no method of electronic storage is completely secure. We recommend that you:
Use a device lock screen (PIN, password, or biometric authentication)
Keep your device operating system and the App updated
Protect any CSV files you export and store elsewhere
The App is designed to work offline on your device. We do not transfer your financial data to Multi_Software servers regardless of where you live.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we may also notify you within the App or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the App after an updated policy is posted means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
