Check out this AI Accessibility Guide. It is not to replace experts, but it is quick and free, just create/use a GPT account, and you can:
Upload a picture of materials you are going to use
Upload some pictures of a space
Upload an event flyer, a description of a program, or even lesson plans
Type in a description of an activity, event, program, or project
Type in a description of a problem you are having with a student
Type in a special need/diagnosis
Type in both a special need/diagnosis and one of the others
etc
And then ask for accessibility suggestions, and it will give you some!
It's really quite neat, and while it's developed for like scout leaders and religious school teachers to have help where they'd have none or for parents new to their kids' diagnosis trying to come up with solutions for problems they're facing, I tweaked it a bit so it should work decently for something like this too as a place to start thinking about accessibility first (but I want to re-iterate, not to replace a professional who know's the kid and the environment best and could make a best recommendation.
