Privacy Policy — Inclave App

Your privacy comes first.

No account. No sign-in. No personal information is collected by Inclave App from you as an app user. We use Google AdMob to show advertisements — banner ads and full-screen interstitial ads — which is the only third-party advertising service integrated into this app. Password vault data, secure notes, and security settings you manage are stored locally on your device. This page explains exactly what the app does and does not do with your data.

1. Our Commitment to Privacy

Inclave App is built to help you manage passwords, secure notes, digital identity protection, and cybersecurity tools with confidence. We designed this app so you can use the password vault, password generator, password health center, secure notes vault, biometric security, security dashboard, and privacy toolkit without creating an account, without signing in, and without sharing your personal contact details with us. Protecting your privacy is a core principle of this product.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following from you as an app user:

• Your name

• Your phone number

• Your email address

• Your home or mailing address

• Your date of birth

• Government identifiers (SSN, ID numbers, etc.)

• Photos, contacts, or camera data

• Precise GPS location

No sign-up, login, OTP verification, email verification, social login, or registration is ever required to use the app.

3. Information Stored On Your Device

To power your passwordless security experience, Inclave App stores the following locally on your device only (Room database and encrypted preferences):

• Password vault entries (usernames, emails, passwords, website URLs, categories, folders, recovery info, and notes you create)

• Secure notes (personal notes, banking information, recovery keys, business credentials, and private documents)

• Password generator history and strength analysis results

• Activity timeline logs (password changes, note updates, biometric access events, vault access, and security scans)

• Security and biometric settings (vault lock, app lock, timeout preferences)

• App settings (such as dark/light theme and language preference)

• Encrypted local backup files you choose to create

This information is not uploaded to our servers and is not linked to your identity as an app user. Credentials and notes you enter are records you choose to keep on your device — we do not receive them as personal user profile data.

4. Offline-First Design

Inclave App is designed for offline-first use. All core features — including the password vault, secure notes, password generator, password health analysis, biometric unlock, security dashboard, activity timeline, and backup center — work entirely on your device without sending your vault data to external servers. An internet connection is required only to load advertisements through Google AdMob.

5. Backups and Exports

When you create encrypted local backups or export data from within the app, those files are saved on your device or shared through your device's standard share sheet. We do not receive copies of exported backups or reports unless you explicitly send them to us. You are responsible for keeping backup files secure.

6. Advertising (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements inside Inclave App. AdMob is a third-party advertising service operated by Google LLC, and it is the only third-party advertising service integrated into this app.

Types of ads shown:

• Banner ads — displayed at the bottom of main app screens above the navigation bar

• Interstitial ads — full-screen ads shown when you navigate between bottom tabs or open certain sections (for example, Password Generator, Password Health, Secure Notes, or Security modules). After the ad is closed or skipped, the requested screen or action continues

To serve ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud, Google AdMob and its advertising partners may collect and process:

• Your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID)

• General device information (device model, OS version, language, screen size)

• Coarse, non-precise location derived from your IP address

• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, and views)

• App activity related to ad delivery

This information is collected by Google and its partners, not directly by us. It is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and ad policies:

You can control personalized advertising on your device at any time:
Android Settings → Privacy → Ads
From there you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads.

7. Cookies and Tracking

The app itself does not use browser cookies. Google AdMob uses SDK-level identifiers and similar technologies for ad delivery, frequency capping, aggregated reporting, and fraud prevention, as described in the Advertising section above. We do not operate our own cross-app tracking or analytics SDK separate from AdMob.

8. Network and Permissions

The app requests only the permissions it needs to function:

• Internet access — required to load advertisements

• Network state — required for reliable ad delivery

• Biometric authentication — optional fingerprint or face unlock to protect your vault

• Advertising ID (Android 13+) — used by Google AdMob when ads are enabled

We do not request access to contacts, photos, camera, calendar, SMS, microphone, or precise location.

9. Data Security

Because we do not collect personal information or account credentials from you as an app user, there is no personal login profile that can be compromised on our servers. Your passwords, secure notes, and preferences remain on your device unless you explicitly share content outside the app. Sensitive settings are stored using encrypted preferences where supported by your device. Ad-related data is handled by Google's secure ad infrastructure according to their policies.

10. Children's Privacy

This app is intended for general personal and professional security use and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Google AdMob may serve non-personalized ads in accordance with applicable laws and your device settings.

11. Your Choices and Rights

Because we do not collect identifying information about you as an app user, there is no personal account or profile to delete on our side. You can fully reset your app data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage:

Settings → Apps → Inclave App → Storage → Clear storage

For ad-related choices:

• Use Android Settings → Privacy → Ads to manage your advertising ID and personalization

• Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data and stops in-app ad delivery

12. Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the revised version will be available within the app on this screen. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
