We are a fun, not-for-profit, non-competitive, youth only skating club affiliated with the City of Hamilton. We have been in the Hamilton community for over 60 years! We run for 20 weeks starting the Friday after Thanksgiving and finish the Friday before March break starts each year.
Registration is open!
*Our 6:10 pm session has very limited spots available. When it fills, it will automatically close off the option to register.*
Prices for this season are
One Skater: $350.00
Two Skaters (SAME HOUSEHOLD - SIBLINGS): $675.00 ($325.00 for the 2nd)
Three Skaters (SAME HOUSEHOLD - SIBLINGS): $950.00 ($275.00 for each additional child)
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED
Each year we are asked about equipment required on the ice. Skaters are responsible for all equipment costs. WE DO NOT RENT EQUIPMENT. Ankle support is of the upmost importance!!! Children should stand straight in their skates, they should not "fold" at the ankle at all when fitting skates. If this happens the skates do not have enough support. All skates need to be sharpened, even if they say "pre-sharpened" on the box.
Mitts are 100% required, not because they keep hands warm but because they give some protection if another skater steps on them if they fall.
Waterproof pants are highly suggested for our new and/or inexperienced skaters.
Helmets with cages are required for our 6:10 pm session.
