INCHES Safety Solutions

 Registration & Transfer Policy

All course registrations are non-refundable.

If a student is unable to attend their scheduled training session, one transfer to a future class of the same course may be requested, provided that INCHES Safety Solutions is notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled training date.

Transfer requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class, or failure to attend without notice, may result in forfeiture of the registration fee.

Transfers are limited to one (1) reschedule per student and must be applied to the same training course.

For assistance with rescheduling, please contact INCHES Safety Solutions directly prior to your scheduled training date.

Late Arrival Policy

Students are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled training session. Courses begin promptly to ensure all required training content and hands-on skills are completed.

Students who arrive more than 10–15 minutes after the scheduled start time may not be admitted to the class, as late entry may disrupt instruction and prevent completion of required course material.

If a student is unable to attend due to lateness, the Registration & Transfer Policy will apply. Students may request a transfer to a future class if notice is provided according to the policy guidelines.

Student Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Students who are unable to attend their scheduled training session must notify INCHES Safety Solutions at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time to request a transfer to a future class.

Students who cancel less than 24 hours before the class, or who fail to attend without notice (no-show), may forfeit their registration fee and may be required to register and pay again to attend a future training session.

INCHES Safety Solutions reserves the right to manage class schedules and instructor availability to ensure quality training for all participants.
